1. The page-two total. Its individual prices add up to $26,770. The printed total is $26,700, a $70 difference. The complete planning total here is $39,230, including the separate $12,460 back-hill section.
2. Lighting bundles. The fence and maple-tree descriptions already mention lights. Page two also includes a $7,580 lighting total. This proposal preserves every quoted line item, but Jeremy should confirm whether any lighting is counted twice before the price is finalized.
3. Plant varieties. The estimate specifies Chicagoland boxwood and Gladiator crabapple. The reference-photo filenames say Green Velvet boxwood and Raspberry Spear crabapple. The estimate names are used here, and those photos are marked as related-variety references.
